1. Make plans to dine out or order take out October 9, 2024 at participating restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner — or all the above!

2. Invite everyone you know to do the same.

3. Spread the word via email and on Facebook, Instagram, EVERYWHERE!

4. Donate to Evergreen Health’s HIV supportive services and be entered to win a prize!

become a dining out for life ambassador:

DOFL ambassadors are one of the most fun and rewarding volunteer positions around. What does an ambassador do? Ambassadors encourage their community to dine out on October 9, and represent DOFL at one of the participating restaurants on October 9 to welcome diners to the event. Attend and represent DOFL at your chosen restaurant by greeting and thanking diners, talking with them about Dining Out For Life, and handing out raffle envelopes. Sign up to be ambassador here.

Evergreen Health has been on the front line of HIV care and supportive services for people living with HIV since 1983. Today, we remain committed to meeting the health and wellness needs of people living with HIV through quality medical care and supportive services, including nutrition support, housing and transportation assistance, and services for people who are aging with HIV.

We foster healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are under-served by the healthcare system.
