SAVE THE DATE: Tuesday, October 13, 2020- We have dinner plans!
The most Satisfying meal you’ll Ever eat.
Join us for the 18th annual Dining Out For Life on Tuesday, October 13th! This year we encourage you to order take out at one of our participating restaurants. Because COVID-19 has devastated the restaurant industry, this year we are not asking restaurants for those donations. Instead, we want restaurants to keep all the money they make that day in order to support these restaurants who have supported us year after year.
In addition to ordering take out, we encourage you to consider supporting Evergreen Health. All donations made on October 13-31 will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $12,000 thanks to our presenting sponsor, KeyBank.
Donations to Evergreen Health’s HIV services on October 13th-31st will be entered to win one of several great raffle prizes including:
- Two round-trip tickets on JetBlue
- A private tasting and tour for six at Lockhouse Distilling
- One of five $100 gift certificates to a DOFL restaurant of your choosing, sponsored by Lawley Insurance
We invite you to offer your support of Evergreen Health. Checks can also be made out to “Evergreen Health Foundation” with Dining Out For Life in the memo. Checks can be mailed to: Evergreen Health Foundation, PO Box 1106, Buffalo, NY 14201.
How to participate this year:
1. Make plans to order take out on Tuesday October 13, 2020 for breakfast, lunch, dinner — or all the above!
2. Invite everyone you know to do the same.
4. Donate to Evergreen Health’s HIV supportive services and be entered to win a prize!

about Evergreen Health
Evergreen Health has been on the front line, fighting HIV while providing services to those living with the disease since 1983, and will continue to be there until HIV is no more. Evergreen strives to foster healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are under-served by the healthcare system.
We provide the tools and services needed for our patients to reach their goals, but we don’t force our patients to do or be anything in order to come to Evergreen. Our patients can count on us to be non-judgmental, affirming, educational and understanding. For more information, please visit evergreenhs.org.
