Dining Out For Life® has returned to the Western Kentucky area in 2024! Join us on October 10th, for a day of dining out in support of LivWell Community Health Services and the ongoing effort to end HIV in your local communities! During this one-day event, when you dine at a participating restaurant a portion of your bill is donated to LivWell Community Health Services to aid in our mission of enhancing the wellbeing of our community by providing comprehensive health and support services, education, and advocacy to those most impacted by HIV!

On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, dine out at a participating restaurant and percentage of your bill will be donated to LivWell CHS to promote health and wellness for communities most impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Livwell chs
LivWell Community Health Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health and support services, education, and advocacy, as related to HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases and viral hepatitis. Quality health care is provided to persons living with HIV/AIDS or sexually transmitted diseases and support services are provided to HIV clients. Prevention education and testing are provided to all clients, their families, and the community at large. Within the community, we strive to prevent new infections of HIV and STI’s and reduce the stigma associated with these various diseases by promoting awareness, acceptance, and equality.
