Every year, Foothill AIDS Project (FAP) delivers care and compassion to over 1,000 unduplicated individuals living with HIV/AIDS across the Inland Empire. One-third of our clients are women, many raising young children. Almost 90 percent of clients live on low fixed incomes, struggling to house themselves and feed their families. At least 70 percent of clients also cope with other critical health conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, COPD, hepatitis, and physical disabilities.
FAP delivers care and compassion, linking people to HIV treatment, helping clients stay in treatment, offering medical case management, counseling and support groups, comforting and educating loved ones, stopping future HIV infections, and working to ensure our clients and their families enjoy a stable home, good health, and positive well-being.
