As DINING OUT FOR LIFE CHICAGO adapts to developments surrounding the COVID-19 public health crisis, we invite our supporters and local LGBT and HIV-affected communities to support the generous restaurants that have stood by TPAN’s mission to serve people affected by HIV. See below! Please consider supporting these establishments during the state-wide shutdown when you order take-out, carry-out or curb-side pick-up, or purchase a gift certificate from these eateries to express our support and solidarity.
At a later date this year, we will invite all Chicagoans to join TPAN and Dining Out for Life Chicago co-Chairs Sean Lewis, Amy Lawless, and Candace Jordan in one of the most important meals you’ll have all year – DINING OUT FOR LIFE. STAY TUNED for our event updates and announcements. We will rally our city to support people affected by HIV as well as our committed restaurant partners.
Dozens of participating restaurants across Chicago will donate a portion of proceeds from the big event date to TPAN, thanks to thousands of dining patrons and volunteers like you!
TPAN’s mission is to empower lives affected by HIV and health disparities through lifesaving health care and support for thousands of Chicagoans. We are an important doorway to care for LGBTQ individuals and people of color from throughout Chicago – reaching some of our most vulnerable, from homeless LGBTQ youth to older adults who are long-term survivors of HIV.
We will share our new Dining Out For Life Chicago event date as our city comes through this challenge. In the meantime, you can sign up as a volunteer for our event later this year by committing to be an official Host or Ambassador. Chicago and our community are resilient. We will get through this together!
