TPAN’s mission is to save and empower lives affected by HIV and its many health challenges. TPAN provides lifesaving health care and support to more than 2,000 people each year in Chicago. Most who access our care are low-income LGBT individuals and people of color – community members most impacted by HIV in Chicago. We serve Chicago, yet our reach spans the nation: TPAN is the only HIV-focused non-profit in the U.S. with a nationally distributed education and health news magazine Positively Aware. We provide a lifeline of health and treatment information to people in underserved communities everywhere.
Dozens of participating restaurants across Chicago will donate a portion of proceeds on April 30th to TPAN, thanks to thousands of dining patrons and volunteers like you! Dine, drink, donate, and rally friends to help deliver lifesaving care and services to thousands of people who turn to TPAN every year. Click HERE to learn more about our local sponsors and partners.
