TPAN’s mission is to save and empower lives affected by HIV and its many health challenges. TPAN provides lifesaving health care and support to more than 2,000 people each year in Chicago. Most who access our care are low-income LGBT individuals and people of color – community members most impacted by HIV in Chicago. We serve Chicago, yet our reach spans the nation: TPAN is the only HIV-focused non-profit in the U.S. with a nationally distributed education and health news magazine Positively Aware. We provide a lifeline of health and treatment information to people in underserved communities everywhere.
TPAN is the proud beneficiary and producer of Chicago’s metropolitan area wide Dining Out for Life experience this April 25th. Dining Out For Life is an annual dining fundraising event raising money for organizations similar to TPAN who are serving people living with or impacted by HIV. Dozens of participating restaurants across Chicago will donate a portion of proceeds on April 25th to TPAN, thanks to thousands of dining patrons and volunteers like you! For one night, we ask you to share a meal with friends, loved ones, co-workers to help deliver lifesaving care and services to thousands of people who rely on TPAN for support.
