Action Wellness
(formerly ActionAIDS) was founded in 1986 and organized the first Dining Out For Life in 1991. Action Wellness provides services for people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses in Philadelphia. Serving over 4,000 people a year, the agency provides medical case management, youth programs, counseling, housing assistance, family support, HIV testing, and more.


AIDS Delaware
is the state's first and largest AIDS service organization, founded in Aids Delaware logo1984 by a group of concerned volunteer activists addressing the needs of the emerging AIDS community in the state. The agency's mission is to support those living with HIV/AIDS in Delaware and to prevent the spread of HIV through comprehensive services, education, and advocacy.

 


Family and Community Service of Delaware County (FCS) is a multi-service counseling agency serving Delaware County. FCS provides services from offices in Media and Clifton Heights, the Ralph Moses House in Chester, and in other community locations including schools in the Interboro and Upper Darby school districts. Counseling is provided by licensed clinical social workers with diverse professional experience.

 

 

The Camden Area Health Education Center was established in 1978, in partnership with The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, the nation's largest health sciences University, as part of a national initiative to strengthen the health of communities through educational partnerships. Camden AHEC is committed to improving the health of the medically underserved - the ethnic and culturally diverse, the aged, the poor, the very young, the unemployed, the homeless and the uninsured. Particular emphasis is on providing services in the City of Camden and the Counties of Camden and Burlington.


PPSEPAPlanned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania (PPSP) is committed to its mission to protect and enhance reproductive freedom, to increase access to reproductive health services and information, and to promote sexual health. PPSP health centers provide a wide range of health care and prevention services including: HIV testing, Men's & Women's Health, LGBT services, STD testing, treatment, vaccines, and more.
