SAY CHEESE! Show us how much fun you and your guests have on April 29, as you Dine Out, Fight AIDS during your dining experience at any of our participating restaurants and enter a chance to win a wonderful prize of "Dinner and a Movie," including gift cards from amazing South Florida restaurants and movie passes to local cinemas. Your photograph may even be used in future DOFL ads.
To enter:
1. Submit a picture of you and your guests (a minimum of 2 people) at your table at any participating restaurants.
2. Your picture must have good lighting and have no offensive material (just in case we publish it in any of our ads.)
3. Preferably to be taken as soon as your food arrives to the table!
4. MUST have visible DOFL signage in the photograph.
5. Please submit your photograph to diningout@careresource.org.
6. Limit one photograph per group please. Only one email sender per photograph will be accepted.

Care Resource is proud to introduce the "20% Off Tuesday" program to Dining Out For Life in South Florida. With your generous donation of $20, you will receive a membership card. This card will reward you by receiving a 20% discount on your food bill at participating restaurants every Tuesday from May 4, 2010 until April 26, 2011.
Here is how you can receive your 20% Off Tuesday card:
1. On April 29, 2010, dine out at participating restaurants and make a $20 donation through a DOFL ambassador. You membership card will be sent via mail along with a Thank You card.
2. Make an online donation of $20 by clicking "Donations" on the menu above. We will contact you in order to send you your 20% Off Tuesday card through the mail the week after the event.
3. Mail in your $20 donation (check or money order) payable to Dining Out For Life, providing your name and a forwarding address to:
