He then bought a small cafe, and called it the Chuck Wagon that eventually turned into six very successful restaurants in White Plains. The Gambelli’s have always had a strong passion for food, wine, and entertaining. John and Claudia Gambelli have owned Gambelli’s Foods, a family operated catering company for over 25 years. Gambelli’s Wine and Spirits opened its doors in May of 2013 and it has proven to be a new beginning for our family.

Their vision together is to utilize as much as possible from the local Hudson Valley ingredients, incorporating them in this modern French American Bistro that draws its inspiration not only from classic French dishes but also from some of the foods that are the legacy from the former French Colonies from around the world .

The Roundhouse at Beacon Falls sits on approximately six acres of land next to the Fishkill Creek in Beacon, New York. The project consists of the renovation and adaptive re-use of several historic structures. When complete, the property will boast a boutique hotel with a luxury spa, a fine dining restaurant and lounge serving locally inspired, seasonal cuisine and artisanal cocktails and a unique catering event space capable of hosting seated events for up to 200 people.
